Reflection    Are we Ready Reflection on the role of a nursing educator in the 21 st century This is a dynamic one with continuous change in the modes of education delivery. The emergence of  technology has shifted students demographics, their learning needs and reshaped the educational landscape.  Nursing educators has to adapt to an educational era where technology is on the forefront and must be incorporated in teaching and learning to keep up the momentum.   My name is Cherry Ann Hackshaw-Titte, I am a Registered Nurse and Licensed midwife. I am from the lovely Caribbean Island of Trinidad sun, sand and sea.
